Pet Grooming

Our pet spa was created to make you and your pet feel at home. We have a specialty retail section offering wonderful bedding, toys, grain free pet food, treats and supplements. We use chemical free shampoo, conditioners, aromatherapy facials and specialized treatment baths for your companions.

The Natural Path offers educational classes in Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Reiki, Essential Oils and Nutrition for you and your pets. Our monthly newsletter will give you information regarding grooming specials, nutrition, a homeopathic remedy, essential oil and a flower essence of the month. Don’t forget to look for specials and sale items in our newsletter.

The Natural Path wants you and your companion to have an enjoyable experience every time you visit our spa. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your pet’s grooming, please let us know before leaving and we will do the best we can to accommodate your wishes. Please note: prices vary with each situation and prices given are used as a guideline. We will quote you as closely as we can after seeing your pet. Your pet’s needs are considered first and we will discuss with you options regarding grooming services available.

When you first schedule an appointment, please inform us on your pet’s medical conditions, medications, skin ailments, fleas / ticks and behavior issues. We reserve the right to refuse treatment due to behavior, medical, illness or other conditions at our discretion. Please do not bring your pet to our spa if they are ill, have diarrhea, cough, fever or other infections. If your pet shows any signs of illness, we will call you and you may have to reschedule appointment. There will be a minimum service charge if your pet arrives with any of these symptoms and we have to call you. This is to protect your pet from exposure to any other infections and also other pets we serve. We are here to educate and help you choose the proper treatment if your pet’s immune system is deprived. Also, please see your veterinarian for a diagnosis and advice.

Appointments are scheduled according to pet’s individual needs and we ask that you arrive 5 minutes ahead of time and pick your pet up at time given. If you are running late, please give us a call. Our spa is small and we want to be able to spend quality time with each client.

When your pet is checked in, we will spend some time with him/her so they become comfortable with their surroundings. We will place them on our grooming table and begin with cleaning ears, pads and trimming nails. Then off to the tub - where their spa treatment begins. Shampoo, conditioner, facial wash, essential oils and a choice of a massage during their bath will be chosen depending on their individual needs. Please Note: some essential oils cannot be used with some medical conditions. It is very important that you inform us of any medical condition.

We do not cage dry your pet and will take the time to towel and blow dry them. This process can take some time. Drying your pet gives me a chance to really bond with them and also help with the styling process which follows.

Thank you for giving me the pleasure of meeting your best friend and companion. I look forward to working with you and hope your experience here is pleasant and informative. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

Thank you for your business and friendship -
